Call For Art-Science Collaborations! Deadline: May 12

SPACES <http://www.spacesgallery.org> , Cleveland's artist-run, alternative
art gallery, is seeking applications from artists and curators for its
2006-2007 exhibition season. SPACES exhibitions feature artists who push
boundaries by experimenting with new forms of expression and innovative uses
of media. Exhibition proposals and artwork dealing with any theme is
welcome; however, three ideas are highlighted for the 2006-2007 season:

* Artists collaborating with scientists to produce art dealing with
scientific experimentation and/or inventions;
* Artists working within the public realm/integrating art into civic
projects and/or discourse;

* and artwork with an explicit tactile nature.

12, 2006.

In addition, artists-including students-are invited to apply for SPACELab
<http://www.spacesgallery.org/SPACELab.htm> , which focuses on smaller,
experimental, timely exhibitions or installations.SPACELab applications can
be submitted year-round.
